Penn State Mont Alto LaunchBox to be hosted at Greencastle-Antrim Chamber
Local small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs are invited to expand their knowledge with the Penn State Mont Alto LaunchBox program coming to Greencastle in 2024.
The Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce will host the Mont Alto Launchbox at the Chamber office on the first and third Tuesday of the month from 1 to 4 p.m. starting February 6. Local small business owners and prospective entrepreneurs seeking information about starting a business or looking for assistance to answer questions have a local resource through the Mont Alto LaunchBox.
The free services include workshops and one-on-one coaching to learn how to start a business, how to find funding to take their business to the next level, and can address a multitude of questions to aid participants in making informed decisions.
The Chamber is located at 217 East Baltimore Street in Greencastle. Drop-ins are welcome to the LaunchBox sessions, but appointments are appreciated. In addition, Penn State Mont Alto’s LION Tank Pitch Competition is accepting applications starting January 24, 2024. Similar to the popular “Shark Tank” TV show, applicants present their ideas and work through the business planning process with the assistance of an experienced business coach.
