Young professionals under 40 are invited to attend the upcoming Young Professionals Conference, hosted by the Cumberland Valley Business Alliance (CVBA) on April 22.

The event will be held from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Franklin County 11/30 Center and will provide opportunities for networking, professional development and personal growth. The conference will feature a breakfast catered by Chick-fil-A Chambersburg, an interactive networking activity and swag bags provided by ULTA.

Attendees will hear from two speakers on key topics relevant to career success. Courtney Shauf of F&M Trust will present “Your Brand Starts with You: Networking with Confidence,” focusing on building a strong professional image. Chad Chute of Tractus Leadership Solutions will deliver “The Greatest Hour of Your Day: Turning Your Dreams into Reality,” offering insights on time management and goal setting.

“This conference is designed to empower young professionals by providing them with the tools and connections they need to advance their careers,” said Stephen Christian, CVBA president. “It’s a great opportunity for attendees to learn from experts, network with peers and gain valuable takeaways that they can apply immediately.”
